Bio

I am a yoga and meditation teacher and owner of the beautiful and tranquil 'Bhuti Yoga Retreat Studio'. At the Retreat I offer various classes, retreats, workshops, I offer private appointments and Corporate events, hen yoga parties and other celebratory events, I can make the event bespoke for you.

I am also a qualified Business and Life Coach. I love helping others improve their health and wellbeing and reach their full potential and through coaching, help them make their dreams come true. I love sharing my passion, wisdom and love of yoga and life with others.

When I am not working I am out walking in nature, reading a book or in the kitchen being creative. I feel so blessed and grateful to live in the beautiful Norfolk countryside and to be able to do what I do with love and passion.
