I'm a runner, published fitness writer, experienced running coach and personal trainer with nearly a decade of experience living in Victoria BC but traveling all over the world to go to races. I spend a lot of time connecting with the running and fitness community both online and offline. I understand exactly what inspires the fitness and running community.
