She is current owner of the LLC BOSS Encounters where she designs personalized business plans to help individuals, families and business owners/individuals to achieve their business and marketing goals. She builds websites, graphic designs, business plans, and consults on state %lings. She is the founder of the non-pro%t WHOW Organization. WHOW stands for Women Helping Other Women. The organization empower women to reachtheir full potential through education, career advancement, and business opportunities. She is also a member of the organization SCORE a nonpro%t organization dedicated to helping small businesses get o* the ground while growing and achieving their goals through education and mentorship. Recently Crystal has become the leader of an international organization Founder Institute where she assists local startup sot take their business ideafrom idea state to formation. She has spoken at conferences and workshops in Tulsa, OK, Stillwater, OK, and Dallas, TX. Crystal believes for her to reach her highest level she must assist others to reach theirs as well.
