Wave of Mind bridges the gap between self help and therapy. Our 6-month guided journaling plan, created by our team of clinical psychologists, provides an affordable intro to therapy and is a resource that makes therapy and other self care practices more effective!
Wave of Mind was built on the idea that self awareness is the foundation of wellbeing and you are the person with the greatest capacity to heal you. But discovering what self care looks like for you can be complicated and frustrating. We know the pain of trying one self help product after another hoping to resolve all our worries just to be disappointed and somehow left even more stressed and anxious than before.
Wave of Mind to addresses this problem. Our Self Awareness Training and sensory self care experiences target the root of your distress, we guide you to build foundational skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. You will learn to care for your emotions, escape negative thought patterns, and define and live your core values. Build a stronger connection with yourself and decrease anxiety!
