Bio

My name is Vivien Nelsen, and I currently work a full-time corporate job in Manila, Philippines. In 2013, I started my very first blog called “Iridescence” while I was a 16-year-old college freshman at the De La Salle University. This experience opened a lot of doors for me in and out of campus, and I managed to dip my toes into the world of writing, event hosting, content creating, and even becoming part of a production crew for an international reality TV show. I have also been a writer and event correspondent for the teen publication Candy Magazine, as well as a university ambassador for Chalk Magazine.

After years of having fun dabbling in different fields, I finally decided to go back to my first love: writing. I created point of viv as way to document my thoughts, adventures and experiences as a 22-year-old still trying to navigate her way in this world while living and working in Manila. I hope you can join me in this exciting new adventure, I’m so glad to have you here with me.
