Vegan Food UK started back in 2016 when veganism didn’t have the numbers it has now. Founded by husband and wife team, Liam and Janine Day, they have helped vegan food become more accessible to the masses. Since 2016, the number of people going
vegan in the UK has skyrocketed and VFUK has been instrumental in the growth.

VFUK is an organisation, network and community spanning across Facebook and Instagram. We even run the largest vegan Facebook group in the UK which is currently at 96K members. We primarily show off the latest vegan food to hit the shelves but also share easy plant-based recipes that
anyone can make at home.
