Bio

Hi, I’m Carmen Cardé, a small-town girl from Columbus, Georgia. But I’m currently residing in Tallahassee, Florida. I’m a single mom of two beautiful girls. A veteran of the United States Army, and an overseas contractor for 13 years.

I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, painting, shopping, and anything DIY. I’m currently working on sharing my journey into my forty’s and sharing my health and wellness journey.

I’m also currently in school with the American College of Healthcare Science. My goal is to become an Integrated Health and Wellness Coach/Consultant.

My goal is to start another YouTube channel in regards to sharing my food choices, recipes, exercise, and personal journey. So on that note, be sure to sign up for my weekly newsletter that will be issued each Sunday. New blog posts will be on Wednesdays and Sundays as well.
