Valley Wellness Collective is an organization of so many incredible people that have a desire to spread health and wellness throughout the community… fitness instructors, masseuses, health coaches, artists, energy healers, private chefs, acupuncturists, and so on. We are working together to create these really fun one day wellness retreats, providing our guests with self care tools on how to lead more mindful lives.  They are designed to be approachable and affordable for the community, as typically retreats cost a fortune, take a ton of time or (truly) are designed for the type of person who is already in tune with body, mind and spirit. 💫 
 
These six-hour ‘self care parties’ will have five different workshops, led by five different retreat leaders… there will always be a movement practice, a creative experience, something nourishment based, relaxation techniques and a mindfulness exercise.  A meal will be provided, snacks and drinks throughout the day and a glass of wine or a tasting at the end.  Venues will also vary, they will take place at private homes, vineyards, etc… as exploring different properties in the Valley is just as important as experiencing new providers and practices! But my favorite part of it all is that we are using the business as a fundraising vehicle… 10% of the proceeds from each event will be donated to a local non-profit, to give them money to put towards their own wellness programs.  💖
