Hi,

My name is Shruti Satrawada and I am located in California, USA!

I am mainly on Instagram but have recently started trying to grow on TikTok as well! My handle is @readwithashroot for both. https://www.instagram.com/readwithashroot/

I aim to post daily on both Instagram and Tiktok and since I started, I have had so many great conversations with friends and strangers about books, reading, and life after my posts. That has made it so motivating for me to invest time and energy into my account!

I have loved reading since I was a little kid and was often called "the kid in the corner who reads a lot"! A lot has changed since then and I am definitely more of an extrovert now. As I transitioned out of teen books I was intimidated by the vast world of adult literature and stopped reading. However, I got the chance to get back into reading during quarantine for COVID-19 and have never looked back! I read everything and specifically enjoy fantasy, memoirs, historical fiction, and thrillers!

I love reading new books and spreading my love for reading by giving my followers more exposure to all the great books out there!

I hope to continue to make creative, original content and would love to work with anyone interested :)
