I am a Dad,Husband, and a body geek friend, who loves introducing others to how amazing their bodies are designed. While manually and mindfully creating an environment for healing, my approach will challenge and relieve, usually in that order. As a result, we will learn a lot about you, which will guide the experience toward your goals, while respecting your values.
I am a Manual Therapist specializing in Holistic Wellness Experiences that produce pain free mobility, rejuvenation and improved felt sense of gracefulness..
I am a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, and Massage Therapist. I am also an an active member of the International Alliance of Healthcare Practitioners (IAHP) member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and PAMA - Performing Arts Medical Association.
I have worked with SMASH - Seattle Musicians Access to Sustainable Healthcare to introduce Manual Therapists to working Seattle Musicians. I have also worked with dancers Thru SeaPam - Seattle Dance and Performing Arts Medicine FREE Clinic. I was the first massage therapist in Washington to work with the Chanda Plan Foundation, providing cost free in home manual therapy to individuals adapting to paraplegia and quadriplegia.
I am contracted by Seattle Sports Chiropractic and Rehabilitation, where I get to work on many types of athletes including performance art athletes like dancers, musicians, singers and others.
