I’m a food allergy mom to a homeschooling, traveling, Disneyland loving, foodie family. Caring for a son with anaphylactic food allergies to peanut and shellfish, as well as helping my husband manage fibromyalgia related gluten intolerance.

I’ve got 5 children ages 10 and under. Living a full life with food allergies doesn’t end with the food we eat.
