Hi - we're Em + Kate! Two Being Healthy deals with managing invisible and chronic illness(es) in a positive manner. It’s inspired by our own experiences of being diagnosed with (and living with) multiple autoimmune and autonomic issues.

We've gone through a lot of ups/downs over the 10+ years and with that we've learned that, if something is inhibiting your health, every avenue towards improvement should be explored. In doing so, we've gained a passion for all things wellness and nutrition.
