Bio

We are Natalie and Adrian and we are building our dream life of living a life of garden/farm to table eating. This also includes wanting to build our own home and be completely off-grid. We are just now at the beginning of our journey but have been planning this for the past two years. Where does that put us right now? We live in a small apartment in Madrid, Spain. Yes, we are in Europe at the moment! I (Natalie) am an American and will be taking my husband-to-be (European) to the USA with me! He's yet to ever step foot in the USA so this will be quite the journey!

Due to bureaucracy, we are dealing with filing for a visa and hoping to have the steps completed by October 2021 to take off back home. We plan to drive around the states for a couple of months, plant ourselves in an off-grid friendly state, and look for a piece of land to start the next step of self-sufficient living!
