Thanks for taking the time to ready my profile.
I am a stay home father of 3 who runs his own business in between my family. Family comes first.

Since a young age I have always been a people person. Learning everything and anything I can. It has done me well throughout my life always landing on my feet when things got hard. P.s I can put my hands to anything.

I joined the Air force at the age of 17 and for the next 6 years learned so many life lessons one being is to never give up when faced with adversities. Life is not always going to be smelling of roses, your going to have hard times and good times. Believe me I have had my fair share of hard times, but as I said there has always been something there that has drove me to get through it.

For the last 10 years I have been and seen in many of an opportunity and business I've ran managed teams been responsible for my own businesses sold 3. The biggest challenges i have had and found was not what I was doing, "I learned that that was easy" my biggest challenge was myself. Beating myself up when things went wrong. Putting myself down when things were not perfect.

Over the last few years I have changed so much and grown so much with focusing on the bigger picture "me". In return I have found more friends people i never had enough time for before have become brothers and sisters people who come to me for advice. Why because I have learned to listen, problem solve, find out what there needs are (not mine). You can talk someone into following you and try to copy what your doing to get the same results, but ultimately not get the results you want. or you can take them by the hand, show them at there pace help them gain the confidence they will need and I can guarantee you that. Your team will follow you anywhere if you lead them in the right way.
