Bio

I am a mom of 3 and married 11 years. I was your typical do it all for everyone else average woman with a smile on my face. Secretly for over 10 years I struggled with anxiety, irritability and depression. I just thought it was a way of life through Ayurveda and integrative nutrition I have grown to feel free from burdens, expectations and thinking I wasn’t where I thought I should be in life. I find myself smiling often now and getting butterflies in my gut because I truly have found happiness in the chaos and feel happy in my skin. It’s a beautiful think knowing I am exactly where I should be in this very moment.
My mission is to enlighten moms and overworked businesswoman to truly feel Happy and Free without Prozac, dieting or a harsh fitness routine so they can experience A Superior Life❤️
