Bio

London base Maternity Nurse working with new mothers & their families worldwide . I absolutely love being apart of helping to guide new parents on how best to care for themselves & their adorable little ones.
The main goal for all the families I’ve worked with is getting the baby sleeping through the nights, & dropping feeds that are no longer needed or required in the first few months. This will then enable mum/caregiver the chance to be well rested & fully present for their family.
This is why I created The Baby Police. A nick name given to me because of the way I enforce with love & care of course, my knowledge, patience & consistency.
My mission is to empower parents, so that they can enjoy their early parenthood with out feeling lost, or overwhelmed with all the information available on postnatal care for both mum & baby.
