Mr J Ladner is a motivational warrior on and off social media. As an independent educator, J creates how-to videos and posts that are geared to help stylists achieve on-trend hair techniques for their guests, showcasing the power of the products we use every day behind the chair. He is a talented hair and makeup artist, educator, dancer, choreographer, and social media influencer with a theater, film, television, print, and online media presence.

I have had the opportunity to do hair across the entire country. For as much as we are all different, we also have one thing in common: We all hope to be the best versions of ourselves. As stylists, we wake up with the drive to change people’s lives. I have built my brand not only with a passion for hair but for the guests that wear that hair every day. My goal is to share my story with you of how I built raving fans in different communities around the country, give you guidance in the art of road mapping to help your guests achieve their color dreams, and set a new standard for educating our guests to speak our language.

With J Ladner Education, it is my mission to share my salon reality standards and systems that will allow you to grow with confidence, knowledge of new techniques, and my Road Mapping system I’ve used to build my brand and create raving fans.
