I’m Maddie, a professional track & field athlete for Under Armour. While I love running good times and qualifying for big meets, I also love using my experiences and knowledge to make a difference and be involved in the community. I love sharing with others the benefits of leading healthy lifestyles and creating a well rounded life that works for YOU! My blog's goal is to make healthy living simple (and fun!). I share nutrition, sporty style, fitness ideas(mainly running oriented), organization tips and life as a freelancer!
