Born and bred in New England. I have the thirst for adventure and being active outdoors whenever I can. You can find me in the mountains or by the beach. You won't find me working in an office ever again, only if it's at my home. I went to school to become a Fitness Trainer because fitness and healthy living have always been two of my greatest passions. Not to mention, it is very fulfilling knowing I can help people change their lives for the better. I try to promote working out in the great outdoors whenever possible- It does something to ya.....
