Bio

Hi!  I’m Tara, an entrepreneur and a foodie, with a passion for all things food, fitness, wine, love, and travel. Follow me on my journey to live a life that’s full of adventure, excitement, and is nothing short of beautiful!
I guess you could say I was born with a love of food rooted deep in my veins.  I remember as a little girl one of my favorite activities was helping my dad in the kitchen.  I’d roll up my sleeves, don an oversized apron that hung all the way to the floor, and immerse myself into the task at hand.  Fascinated, I’d watch my pops throw a little of this and a little of that into a pan, and viola, a delicious and delectable meal was made.    I adapted as the years went on to make sure that these delicious creations could fit into my fit lifestyle.  Today I continue the tradition of creativity and exploration through food, and wine.  But I don’t just stop there.  See, life is so much more than the meal on our plates.  I started cultivating a lifestyle centered on food and wine, and the people I enjoy those delicious feasts with, here, and all over the world.
Over the years I’ve taken what started as a hobby and turned it into a passionate pursuit of a beautiful life.  You see, that’s my life motto: life is beautiful.  It really is, if you make it.  It started with food, and then I added in wine, and a soul thirsty for exploration and adventure.  I started traveling, relishing in the moments where I would sit in some new place, staring out into a beautiful setting, and savoring in the local fare.
Along the way I met the most beautiful boy, James, with the prettiest eyes who has shown me more love and adventure than I ever imagined.  He’s changed my life.  And together with our little fluffy puppy we’ve dedicated ourselves to a life of passion & purpose.  We have a zest for adventure and we relish in the little moments that make our life so wonderful.
And that brings me to you.  I started this blog as a way to share my love and passion for all things food & wine, health & fitness, travel, leadership, and lifestyle with you.  To me, these are all the things that make my life beautiful, and my hope is that by sharing this life with you, I can help you make your life a little brighter, a little bolder, and whole lot more beautiful.
