My name is Amanda Connolly, and I am a wife and mother. I am a mom of 2 little girls, and a wife to my amazing husband and best friend, Chris Connolly. Every day I strive for my family. I strive to be a better me, so I am able to put as much focus on my family as I can. I do so by ensuring I live a healthy and active lifestyle. I find the best way to live a happy and healthy lifestyle is by finding time to exercise , and by nourishing my body with nutrient rich whole foods! One of my favorite things to do is to invent new and exciting ways to encourage my family to stay active, as well as creating fun recipes to enjoy those whole foods that can be fairly bland at times :) I frequently post new recipes to try and motivate others to nourish their bodies with whole, usually organic, foods as well!
