I'm a hotel management professional with a passion for all things related to travel. I've been to 96 countries so far and hope to reach 100 countries this year - but no rush, I'm over the desperate country-counting period of my life. :-)

If a place offers culture, adventure and a touch of luxury, then I'm totally in! One of the mains things I enjoy is exploring places less visited, those that most people don't know about or are too scared to visit.

I speak six languages and I'm trying to learn Russian and Turkish at the moment - wish me luck, please! :-)
