Bio

You're on here for a reason. My mission is to bridge the gap between fitness and humans and how we interact with this ever-so-important part of our lives. I want to show you it not only has an impact physically, but mentally as well. It's changed my life because I used to be that kid that couldn't take his shirt off at the pool, I'm that kid who had gyno and had to undergo an operation at 12 years old to get my "manboobs" removed due to an over-production of estrogen, I'm that kid who would second guess everything that had to do with self-image. Imagine what thoughts were running through my head at that age. Honestly? A lot of negativity. Everyone has their story, and this is my way of taking control of my life while new people everyday join me with theirs!

I'm only using this platform I was so fortunate to receive from my neighbors (followers) to help inspire them as well. Well, I've said a crap load of stuff. Let's connect and create an awareness of the importance of just kicking your own ass everyday!
