Hi there!
You might know me from the dancefloors of the best nightclubs in London, Ibiza, Berlin, Rio, São Paulo or Florianópolis. With a hand fan and a smile on my face, I party like there is no tomorrow. My motto is: “too much, but never enough”. At the clubs or on the internet, a regular question I have been asked for the last 20 years or so is: “Maria, what do you do to look so young?”
For this reason, I decided to create this blog to share my lifestyle tips and good experiences I have had living in Brazil and in Europe. In this space, I’ll talk about clubbing, electronic music, healthy dieting, outdoor activities (cycling, trekking), photography, yoga, well-being, and anything that fits into my way of life.
Before social media was even popular, I would say I was already an influencer, recommending the best parties in London. Now, I want to share my thoughts and feelings with the whole world. But I want to go further: I’ll talk about the busy nightlife in the White Island as well as how to balance it with sports activities or meditation. A bikini, a bike, or a yoga mat are my companions when I want to switch off for a while.
