Bio

Hello there, I'm Nikki! A service industry vet with over 20 years experience and 16+ of them are stationed behind the bar. Places I've rocked and rolled slanging drinks include L.A.'s oldest Tiki Bar, a hip craft brewery in DTLA, a quaint Irish bar in the Burbank neighborhood while also serving it up at one of the top voted best karaoke bars in Los Angeles and a craft and imported beer slinger at, arguably, one of the best places in Pasadena to see live local music.
When I decided to put the bottle down, I had a bit of an identity crisis because I wasn't sure where I would fit it in. My entire adult life has been in a bar. Most my skills and experiences came from that environment and work force. That is when I had the epiphany to open a Sober Bar. After jumping to the business planning and trying to get my ducks in a row, March 2020 happened and completely halted my vision.
While life was put on pause, I redirected my attention to creating Mocktails and educating and inspiring people who want to practice self care by abstaining from alcohol. My goal is really break the stigma of NonAlc libations and bring them to everyone who wishes to enjoy them, no matter what their reasoning is for not drinking.
Since my dream of opening a Sober Bar may be pushed back, that doesn't mean I stop showing people how to enjoy making these ConMOCKtions on their own and giving people a fun and enjoyable experience.
