Bio

I'm an adventure athlete, author and journalist. I've written two books - 50 Races to Run before you Die and Go! - An inspirational guide to getting outside and challenging yourself. I've been a columnist for the Telegraph and Triathlete's World and have contributed to dozens of international magazines and newspapers from the GQ and Runner's World to the Guardian and the Independent.

I've completed over 250 endurances races all over the world - in jungles, deserts and mountain ranges. Trail running, mountain biking, road cycling, adventure racing - this is my passion!
