Bio

Heather’s mission it to help her clients to reclaim their right to thrive in their professional and personal lives. She is a certified life coach, sound healer, hypnotherapy practitioner, and Reiki Level I and II master. As a former professor of Early Childhood Education and an Executive leader, Heather weaves her academic and organizational background with her work as a healer to create transformational learning experiences for you on your journey towards healing from perfectionism, grind culture, grief, and low self worth in your personal and professional life. Heather’s first book, The Grind Culture Detox: Heal from Capitalism, Reinvent Your Life, will be released by Hierophant Publishing in June 2022. She has a Bachelors degree in African American Studies from Smith College, and an Masters in Educational Leadership, Policy and Advocacy from New York University.
