My name is Rajbinder Grewal, also known as Raj from This Mama Needs a Vacay. I am the writer behind the blog and and social media content creator of the same name. I have gone viral on IG Reels (5M+views) and on TikTok (1.5M+views) which all started as a way for me to ruin social media for my teens.

I am a Canadian mom to three girls who lives in the Greater Toronto Area. I'm trying to keep my cool mom credentials while aiming to entertain, educate and inspire my fellow Canadian moms.

I share honestly but with a lot of relatable humour and a pretty filter.
I am also a huge advocate for diversity and the need for it in all walks of life because representation matters.
