Bio

My name is Jenna and I own a health & wellness business in the Hollywood Hills. I stumbled upon my career due to a serious health problem that I was eventually able to put in remission by adding yoga, mindfulness, vegan nutrition, and a strong community of people who cared about me to my health regime.

My goal in life is to take all of the things I've learned and share them with the world. I believe that we can heal from the inside out if we follow a simple health plan that includes taking care of our body with food and exercise, taking care of our minds, and filling our cup with a strong, supportive community, and following our dreams and passions.
