Bio

The Movement Coach - I am a graduate sports therapist and qualified personal trainer, I coach men online to become stronger, fitter and improve their mobility.
I believe that men struggle with a lack of mobility and many don't strength train effectively, leaving them with muscular imbalances, over weight and at a higher chance of injury.
Movement isn't just about adding 10 more years to your life, it's about increasing the quality of the last 20 years.

As a sports therapist I see a range of individuals, all with some pains or aches that they put down to old age. I also see some elderly people that are in great shape and want to continue to do exercise and look after their body.
