The LoneStar Strategist™& The LoneStar Blogger™ has been a dream of mine for many years. I've been a hobby writer for over 20 years but started professionally in 2012. My breakthrough in the industry was when I was hired as a freelance correspondent for the Killeen Daily Herald. I spent years writing articles for them & then moved on to some larger projects, including Ghostwriting & Copywriting.
As the digital/content marketing industry started booming, the natural enteprenuer within became enamored with the power of the online marketing strategy. Having a business degree from Texas A&M Central Texas, I was already very familiar with standard business practices. I used that as a platform to expand my knowledge of the online marketing industry. When I began my writing career in 2012, all it took to be considered a "good writer" was having enough of a creative edge to stand out amongst the competition by making readers want to read your content. Today, the game has changed drastically. Not only is the ability to write engaging content still necessary BUT now the skill set of a successful writer requires technical creativity. This means the writer must now also create content that not only catches the eye of the reader but ALSO the attention of the millions of spiders crawling around web algorithms within search engines. Today it is a much more technical craft as im sure you are aware.
Regardless of the challenge, I decided to follow my lifelong passion & launch The Lonestar Strategist™ offering services to Texas based, start-up to medium sized businesses in an effort to grow their online presence in an effort to support continued economic growth of this great state. Texan's have a deep sense of pride in their roots, humility in their lives, & passion in their work. I wanted to mirror those traits as a fellow Texan in my services by allowing Texan business owners to enhance their successful empire close to their home & their roots. This allows Texan business owners to continue to build & flourish on this state's great foundation for generations to come.
My strategy uses multiple channels to build their online presence & brand. They include blog posts, web content, web design, social media content, & much more. All of which are SEO driven, rich with thoroughly researched keywords, & each process is mapped out in meticulous detail as the business' roadmap to increased profits & ROI. I have many exciting things planned for the growth of this business in the upcoming new year & I am excited to see where this journey will take me.
