About
Senegal-born chef Oumar Diouf has lived in Argentina and Brazil, and he highlights dishes' African roots while infusing them with his own West African touch.
Chef Oumar has been working for over 10 years in the restaurant and catering business. He only uses the best local ingredients to create a fusion between traditional culinary and global cooking.
In his journey after culinary school, Oumar has lead many different teams in several restaurants in Argentina, Brazil, and the United States. Those restaurants ranged from casual dining to luxury fine dining.
Diversity is what makes his his concept and cuisine stand out.
During the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro, Oumar proudly lead a kitchen team in charge of cooking for five Houses: the NBA House, Australian Olympic Center, New Balance's House, Casa Cartan and Casa Time Brazil. The daily number of guests to serve exceeded five thousand people.
As a successful Chef, Oumar takes the initiative to do whatever it takes to reach the goal of making customers happy with an immersive dining experience.
