The Daily Soul Sessions For The Pregnant Mama was written by Kacey, Kate and Kara Coppola – 3 sisters and mamas who love to cook, drink Italian wine, make music, and unexpectedly have babies within months of each other. Kate and Kacey are identical twins, Grammy nominated songwriters, and recording artists who have toured with Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town. They’ve also written songs for George Strait and Jamey Johnson. Kara is a passionate blogger and photographer with experience in PR and marketing for the fine arts. They love to follow their dreams whether it be writing books, singing on the radio, doing a headstand in yoga class, or finally living in the same city at the same time. They currently reside with their husbands, kids, and dogs in Redondo Beach, California and Denver, Colorado.

Currently, Kate and Kacey are pregnant with their 2nd babies – due 10 days apart in February of 2017! Much closer than the first time around – those crazy toddlers were born 1 whole month apart. Kara just had her baby – another little girl to add to this brood!
