We are a specialty food adventure experience dedicated to connecting the past to the present for individuals, families and community through local food and culture. Taste (yes, samples encouraged), see (literally, watch us make our products), smell and learn about local culinary treasures with global appeal. Using clean ingredients and hand making everything - the machine we use to wrap our old fashioned caramels is over 95 years old! Our Poop :poop: really doesn't stink (artisan chocolate and caramel) and we even offer sugar free Keto and diabetic friendly PraLeans (pralines). Yes, Choke Cherries are a real thing and we even make a drink mix out of them. Other creations include chocolate truffles and specialty barks, almond toffee, jams, jellies, fruit butters, and fruit syrups and does include sugar free items made with Xylitol.
