DESCRIBE THE COMPENSATION IN DETAIL: This will be a commission based campaign. We will share trackable links and promo codes with each participating influencer. Our commission structure is:
a) For upto $500 USD in net sales or 10 net orders (whichever happens first) - 5% of the net sales value
b) Between $501 USD to $1000 USD in net sales or 11-20 net orders (whichever happens first) - 10% of the net sales value
c) For more than $1000 USD in net sales or more than 20 net orders (whichever happens first) - 20% of the net sales value

Note:
1. We have 2 brands iYURA and AJARA. SALES OF IYURA PRODUCTS ONLY WILL BE COUNTED, NOT OF AJARA.
2. There is no minimum guarantee. Influencers will be sent the products to be used in their content creation.
3. Net sales = Gross sales - Refunds or Returns during the period of the campaign.
4. Payment will be made by PayPal or direct transfer to the account.
