Hello! I’m Ashley! A military housewife and SAHM that curates a lifestyle and digital media platform focused on the healing, health, and practical luxury for women.

I help women learn to cook healthier, feel better, and stay mentally fit while managing our lives and our families.

I lead a life on modern but practical luxury and enjoy showing other women how to indulge in self care for peace of mind.

As a wife and SAHM of color on her own health journey down 110 lbs, since December with Bariatric weight-loss surgery I’m intentional on partnering with brands that align with the community I’ve built and continue to expand.
