Hello! My name is Lauren and I'm 23 years old. I'm a white cis woman from the US, but I now live in the UK with my husband and our adorable chihuahua puppy.

I became chronically ill when I was 19 years old, three months after starting university. My current diagnoses include ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, and inappropriate sinus tachycardia, among others.

In June 2021, I launched The Twenty Something Spoonie on Instagram, a passion project to share tips, resources, and support with the chronic illness community. Among some of my most popular posts are making inclusive plans with your chronically ill friends, "invisible" disabilities aren't really invisible, and low-energy dental hygiene for people with chronic illness.

Over the last 90 days (October 2021 to January 2022) I have reached 293k accounts, engaged 51.5k accounts, and gained nearly 5k followers.

I would like to connect with brands that can bring value to my community. I have previously hosted a giveaway on behalf of Wilde Mode, a sustainable, sensory-friendly clothing brand that was recommended by one of my followers.
