Bio

I am a clinical researcher and a natural lifestyle enthusiast. My passions include global/community health, fitness, music, and natural hair. A South Florida girl who is Cincinnati, based.

I started my social media profile to encourage women to embrace their natural hair. I have been natural all my life, having never had any chemical processing done to my hair. It wasn't until 2010 after I experienced anesthesia-induced hair loss following an emergency surgery that I began to earnestly document my journey to re-growing my hair and I began putting my healthy hair practices to good use for the benefit of other women.

Each year I host the Texture Love Hair Series which encourages women of all ages and backgrounds on their journey to taking care of their natural hair and developing a consistent healthy hair regimen.
