I am Tegan Steele

I believe that self-love is sexy, exceptional health is everything, and living life to the fullest is fundamental to your health & happiness.
I spend my days helping to make the world a healthier place one person at a time…

I am a Plant Based, Chai drinking, Animal lover & Photography fanatic!

Growing up in the Australian bush surrounded by animals and nature attracted me to the wonders of the great outdoors and travel.

I fell into the Health & Wellness Industry after suffering from poor health from a young age. My Mum was really sick with Crohn’s Disease and we had no choice but to find a natural way to heal the body or my mum wouldn’t be alive today.

After years of travel, study and trying different methods to heal the body we did it!! So I started a blog to share what I had learnt and started to share the information that had changed my life and saved my Mums. I have been speaking on stage for the last 7 years, written a book called ‘365 Days of Wholeness’Run Retreats both nationally and internationally and opened a cafe in AlbertPark with my family called Urban Projuice.

My mission has always been to ‘Help make the World a healthier place one person at a time’ By sharing products, education and inspiration on all my platforms.

I am going bigger this year to reach more people and change the lives of others all over the world through my Instagram and online courses I will be releasing soon.

My legacy is to change the lives of everyone I meet. To help them see the positives in the difficulties in life and to know that loving yourself is the key to it all.
