Bio

Hey, I'm Tee Major. I'm a Martial Artist, Scuba Diver, Adventurer and Fitness Coach that currently trains athletes and military. On my channels I teach people how to build a warrior body ready for anything, to lose body fat, gain muscle, train in calisthenics and move better overall.

My experience training military all over the world has really broadened my scope of fitness and I share it in my videos. I enjoy making content around home calisthenics workouts, functional training workouts, nutrition advice, and motivation. I'm also interested in fitness "hacks" you can use to get results faster.

I've realized today that efficient movement and clean eating should be the key to a healthy life, and I've helped thousands of other guys, gals, and military around the world get in shape and move better using my Kaizen methods.
