Cantora, compositora e um dos nomes mais quentes da nova cena pop/reggae brasileira, Tay Galega já foi considerada a terceira pessoa mais influente do estado de Santa Catarina e é natural de Blumenau (SC).

Atualmente, com 24 anos, mora em São Paulo e está trabalhando na divulgação do EP "Respeito e União", o primeiro de sua carreira solo, com músicas que seguem a linha reggae/pop e são fortemente influenciadas por artistas como Armandinho, Natiruts e Ivo Mozart. A produção do EP foi realizada por Marco Lafico, que já trabalhou com artistas como Seu Jorge, Fresno, Jorge Aragão, RPM, entre tantos outros grandes nomes da música brasileira.
