Bio

My name is Sydney and I’m currently a college student who has struggled with body image in the past. However, over the last year, I have begun a fitness journey that has changed my whole life. Fitness has now become my best coping mechanism, a support system, and one of my favorite parts of my day. I want to share my passion and love for fitness so I can hopefully help someone who is struggling much like I was (and still do). Let’s get through this together friends!
