With almost 20 years in the industry, Eric’s background spans from small independently owned boutique restaurants to large franchise restaurants.
Eric will be present at all properties during creation, assessing each area of the operation. Eric has held the following positions in the Hospitality industry including General Manager, Operations Manager, Kitchen Director, Banquet Manager, Food and Beverage Manager and Bar Manager. Eric has been recognized throughout his career for quality excellence, presentation, and his creativity.
