About
Suzy was born and educated in Thailand. As a child she, along with her father, grew the ingredients that she cooks with. Her father owned a private secondary school and they cooked meals for all the live-in students. Growing up in the kitchen she used traditional Thai recipes and methods. She has been cooking her dishes for over 50 years. One of the reasons she started her food truck was to share Thai food that has not been Americanized.
