I am a 24-year-old Fitess Influencer and Online Fitness Coach.

I found my love for fitness when it saved my life in 2018, and ever since, I use it as my therapy for my physical and mental health.

I use my social platforms to raise awareness around Endometriosis, Slow Transit Colon and the positive impacts fitness has on your mental health; I help people grow stronger, mentally and physically.

This year I have started preparation to train for my 1st bodybuilding competition (PCA 2022) and want to inspire others suffering from mental health that they can do it to; show others that we are stronger than we think!
