StretchSPOT is a premier stretch therapy studio in Torrance CA. We specialize in stretch therapy and myofascial release with an emphasis on fixing people’s body problems and on athletic recovery for sports.

The StretchSPOT method incorporates elements of Active Isolated Stretching, Myofascial Release and PNF. Our stretch therapists are highly trained to be able to offer every client a tailored-made session according to their specific needs on the day they receive treatment. One day they may have tight hips, another day calf pain. We are not a one-size-fits-all studio and that is what sets us apart from the others.
