Bonjour,

I'm Estelle from France, I'm a new Confidence & Self Love Coach who help women to find the power inside themselves and draw their best life.

After 10 years working in Hospitality, in France, in Spain, in Australia, I decided to change my career during the Covid pandemic. It's been years now that I have many interests in personal development, spirituality, entrepreneurship, success mindset, healthy lifestyle... So more I propose some contents about all of those subjects on my Instagram, more I get women asked me for some advice & help about self-love and confidence.

I started my journey in coaching with certified coaching training, I also learned a lot about positive psychology, the science of happiness, meditation, the law of attraction but also about nutrition, Ayurveda, workout... I'm a multipotential.

I feel privileged to be able to share my life and all my interests on Instagram.

At the moment everything is in French, but if I can extend my community, I would love to share it in English.
