Greetings and thanks for stopping by to check out my profile. My name is Steve Meyers and I am a real estate specialist and part of an amazing team called PorchLight here in San Diego!

With so many real estate professionals in San Diego county it's important to express to you my client why hiring me to represent you is in your best interest when it comes to purchasing or selling real estate. I have a set of core values which I believe strongly in, they are; Honesty, Outgoing, Under promise over deliver, Stressless and Education.

Honesty - With you as my client I will always seek to have your best interest in mind, whether that's telling you that the price you want to sell your home for is way over priced than what the market is bringing or that the home you are in love with is actually not a good investment. Tell your clients what they need to hear not what they want to hear is what we say.

Outgoing - Going above and beyond for my clients is something I strive to do. If you love a certain neighborhood but no properties are for sale currently in that neighborhood, you can bet that I'm going to go and door knock, send letters and cold call the neighbors to see if anyone is interested in selling.

Under promise over deliver - Sure any agent can promise everything you want to hear, but what good does that do? You end up frustrated because what that agent promised you he could not deliver on. That's never the case with me, I will always tell you what you can expect realistically and will never make promises to you that I don't think I am capable of making. This goes back to the first core value of honesty.

Stressless - Let's face it, moving is stressful! Whether you're buying or selling it's still the same process, which is why I've developed a streamlined process for my clients to provide them with what I refer to as an Amazon prime 6 star experience. Buying on Amazon is a piece of cake, why shouldn't the real estate transaction be just as smooth?

Education/Experience - These two go hand and hand. Real estate is an ever changing industry and you have to constantly be educating yourself on new laws, taxes and other conditions involved with buying or selling real estate here in San Diego. I pride myself on knowing this information and being a wealth of knowledge for my clients when they ask me a question regarding real estate. I hope this provided you with enough insight as to who you are getting as a real estate professional and the high level of customer service I bring to the table for my clients.
