We have always been drawn to the bright colors of Kashmiri art while at the same time, we are practical and down-to-earth people who love making the most of our home. Those 2 elements were the inspiration behind our small family business.
Kashmir is home to many handicrafts which speak volumes about the artistic expertise of our Kashmiri artisans. We encourage them to stick to traditional Kashmiri methods and design but with our own little western tweak, ensuring that each piece is unique to the region and the world as a whole.
We have a special relationship with our artisans and we enjoy the fact that by using the local talent we are able to provide a livelihood and improve welfare for them. At the same time, we love being able to spread this beautiful and sometimes elusive art, all over the world.
