When US Airforce serviceman, Chris Prascus, was unimpressed with beef jerky that he received in care packages during his deployments, he was inspired to develop a truly premium offering and founded Soldier Boy Beef Jerky in 2016. Prepared in small batches, it is cut thick and slowly smoked. The results are soft and tender bites of beef in a variety of savory flavors. This high protein snack has been described as “the filet mignon of beef jerky,” or as we like to call it, “steak in a bag.” It is made with USA raised beef in USA facilities with USA produced packaging.
